Koenigsegg is an Swedish
company supercar maker and the CCX is only there latest model starting with the CC in 2004
leading up to the CCR in 2006 which briefly
held the production car world speed record.
The Koenigsegg CCX is a fast supercar by any
standards with an 806hp supercharged V8 and an 245mph plus claimed
top speed that is only beaten by the Bugatti Veyron and the SSC Ultimate Aero TT.
The Koenigsegg CCX is basically a CCR modified
to meet US crash regulations with a safer
front bumper and a longer overall length but also features improved
aerodynamic downforce, cabin ventilation, and brake cooling. There
is also more head room in the cabin. Some of most striking
features of this amazing car include its outward arcing doors that no other car
can match and an targa roof that is stored in the front trunk when
not in use. The CCX is a very rare and unique supercar.
